Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Blizzard VPN (the 'App') collects, uses, and protects information. We process data only as needed to provide connection, account, diagnostics, and support features, subject to the limits described below.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, session duration, and approximate location. This information is used to: 1. Recommend suitable routes based on Blizzard VPN node distribution; 2. Analyze connection quality and crashes through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Send important service, security, or account notices to your registered email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and product improvement. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, user safety, fraud investigation, or confidential service-provider cooperation, we do not actively disclose personal information. Uninstalling the App stops new operational data from being generated by the App.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable retention period afterward. If you need to cancel your account or delete personal profile information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if such data is collected by mistake, we will take deletion measures. Guardians may also contact us through the same email.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory requirements or service changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after an update is published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. Questions about privacy handling may be sent to the Blizzard VPN team by email ([email protected]).
