This agreement is a legal contract between you and Blizzard VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees with appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce safety and availability.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid mobile bills, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or roaming charges. You are responsible for any mobile data or roaming fees charged by your carrier.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service unavailability caused by battery depletion, device failure, network interruption, or third-party data-source issues is not covered by compensation. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install required updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service for operational or security reasons; after termination, the usage license ends.

Non-Refund Policy: Once software, subscription, or digital service access has been delivered and is usable, the sale is generally considered final and not refundable without cause.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, account, or client problems, please contact support first so we can troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues affecting normal use, but troubleshooting alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
